Prithviraj leaves to the US to shoot for Detroit Crossing aka Ranam

Recently Actor Prithviraj  has completed his portions for the upcoming film Vimaanam directed by debutant Pradeep M Nair. He will next start working on Detroit Crossing aka Ranam, directed by another newcomer Nirmal Sahadev. The film is touted to be dark neo-noir thriller and has Mamta Mohandas playing the female lead.  The movie is entirely set in Detroit, Michigan and will showcase the lives of the immigrant community. According to report, the actor has allotted close to 50 days for the film.

Apart from Prithviraj, Ranam will feature noted actors like Ashwin Kumar and Sampath Raj in pivotal roles. Cinematography will be handled by Lukasz Pruchnik. Jakes Bejoy has been roped in to handle the music department. The movie is produced by Anand Kumar Payyanur under the banner of Yes Cinema Company.

Meanwhile, Prithviraj’s upcoming release Adam Joan, which will mark Jinu Abraham’s directorial, is set to hit theatres on August 31.
