Mohanlal’s Villain Movie Release Preponed !!!

Villain, the upcoming B. Unnikrishnan directorial is one of the most anticipated upcoming project of Mollywood, this year. The movie is a crime thriller in which Mohanlal will be seen as a retired police officer. The latest buzz is that the movie will hit the theatres earlier than expected. The movie, which was initially slated to release on July 28, will hit the theatres on July 21. The team has already wrapped up the first two schedules. Third schedule is expected to expected to start rolling in Chennai, by the first week of June 2017 after Mohanlal returns back from his foreign trip. The post-production works are progressing at a brisk pace. Reportedly, The movie makers are planning to wrap up the movie’s shoot by the end of June.

Mohanlal is playing the role of ex-cop Mathew Manjooran and the actor has reduced his body weight for this movie by Ayurvedic treatment. Mohanlal will have two different getup’s in the movie. Manju Warrier essays the role of Mathew Manjooran’s wife. Villain really one of the big budget project of Mollywood with the technical side and cast side. South Indian actor Vishal, Raashi Khanna, Sreekanth, Hansika Playing important roles in the movie.Villain becomes the first movie to be shot entirely in 8K resolution.

Manoj Paramahamsa is the director of photography. Oppam fame 4 Musics compose the songs and background score is handled by Prashanth Pillai. Villain is produced by Rockline Venkatesh for Rockline Entertainments Pvt Ltd. Pulimurugan fame, Peter Hein  is choreographing the stunts along with Stunt Silva.
