Mohanlal’s Odiyan will have five action scenes

Odiyan, the upcoming project of Mohanlal is definitely a project, worth waiting for. The official launch ceremony of Mohanlal’s upcoming film Odiyan was held in Trivandrum on Wednesday. The actor will be playing Odiyan Manikyam in the movie, which will see him portraying the character from age 30 to 65.

Earlier, it was reported that Mohanlal’s Odiyan will have some spectacular action sequences in it. The action sequences of Odiyan will be choreographed by Peter Hein. Now, in a recent interview given to the Times Of India, VA Sreekumar opened up about the facts relating to Odiyan. “There will be five action sequences and five songs – all of which are weaved in as part of the narrative. The action scenes will the highlight. Also, there will be a lot of special effects and we would be taking close to six months for the post production,” says Sreekumar.

Odiyan stars Manju Warrier in the female lead and Prakash Raj in an important role. The shooting of the film is expected to begin in the month of August.
