Mammootty’s MasterPiece release postponed ?

Masterpiece directed by Ajai Vasudev of Rajadhiraja fame, is a much expected movie of Megastar Mammootty. The movie was initially expected to schedule for an Onam release, But now the sources close to the project suggest that the team is planning to postpone the release to September.

The movie is said to be a campus murder mystery thriller, Mammootty is playing the character Edward Livingstone aka Eddy in the movie. Eddy, who makes a comeback to the college, he studied, as a senior professor. He is a very strict, unfriendly professor to the students. What happens when he lands in the college is the main story of this movie.

Mohanlal’s Pulimurugan’s script writer Udhayakrishna is the script writer of the movie. Unni Mukundan and Kasaba fame Varalaxmi Sarathkumar will be seen as police officers. Santhosh Pandit, Gokul Suresh, Mahima Nambiar, Poonam Bajwa, Maqbool Salmaan, Mukesh, Kalabhavan Shajon, Salim Kumar and many others are also part of the cast.

This campus thriller movie has music by Deepak Dev and cinematography by Vinod Illampilly. The movie is produced by CH Muhammed under the banner of Royal Cinemas.
