Mammootty-Sethu Project Gets A Interesting Title !!!

We had already reported that, Scenarist Sethu is all set to turn into a film-maker with an upcoming movie which would feature Mammootty in the lead role. In a recent television programme interview, director Sethu confirmed that the movie has been titled as Kozhi Thankachan. Ever since the project was announced, there have been speculations doing the rounds that the movie is titled ‘Kozhi Thankachan’.

Reportedly, the upcoming film will be in the lines of a perfect comedy entertainer. The story will be based in a rural backdrop with Kuttanad as the main location. Mammootty will be seen in the role of Thankachan. As per reports, the movie will have three heroines. The team has discussed the script with Deepti Sati and are also considering Miya George, Anu Sithara, Vedhika and Nyla Usha, but none of them have been finalized.

Kozhi Thankachan will be produced by Muraleedharan and Santha Muraleedharan under the banner of Anantha Vision. The film is expected to go on floors in July. Interestingly, Unni Mukundan will also be a part of this project, he will be working as an assistant director in the movie.

Meanwhile, Mammootty is busy with the shoot of his upcoming film with Ajai Vasudev. The actor is doing the role of a college professor, Edward Livingstone. The latest update is that the movie will be titled “Eddie”.
