Mammootty plays a cop again !

Mammootty will again don khaki very soon. This will be in Shaji Padoor’s debut directorial venture titled as Abrahaminte Santhathikal – Oru Police Story. The film is scripted by Haneef Adeni, the maker of Mammootty’s The Great Father. Joby George bankrolls the movie under the banner of Goodwill Entertainments.

According director, “Abrahaminte Santhathikal will be a stylish thriller and Mammootty will be playing a police officer man. The movie will be an entertainer and can be enjoyed by both his fans and the family audiences of Kerala.” he adds that, the upcoming film promises that the actor’s cop role this time will be very different from those he has played so far.

Abrahaminte Santhathikal will go on floors in January 2018 and will be extensively shot in Ernakulam. More details regarding the cast and crew members is expected to be announced soon.
