Malayalam Movies Which Are Set To Release For Ramzan

June is the holy month of Ramzan. There aren’t many big releases till the Ramzan is over.But, the Malayalam industry has many movies lined up to entertain all its audience on Ramzan. In the list we have movies of stars including Mammootty, Prithviraj, Fahad Faazil, Asif ali and Vineeth Sreenivasan.

Tiyaan : Undoubtedly, Tiyaan is all set to be the biggest release of this season. The movie is written by Murali Gopi and directed by Jiyen Krishnakumar. Tiyaan is produced by Haneef Mohammed of Red Rose Creations on a budget of around Rs 25 crores. Reportedly, the makers are planning to release the film on June 25/26, 2017.

Streetlights : Mammootty’s film is Streetlights directed by cinematographer turned director Shamdat. The upcoming crime thriller which revolves around a murder mystery will feature Mammootty in the role of an investigative police officer. The film is expected to release in last week of June.

Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum : Undoubtedly, Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum is the most anticipated movie of Ramadan season, all because of the combo previous movie Maheshinte Prathikaram. The movie stars Fahadh Faasil, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Alencier Ley Lopez and debutante Nimisha Sajayan in the major roles. The movie is directed by Dileesh Pothan, will be another big release of the festival season. Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum is expected to hit the theatres on June 28, 2017.

Oru Cinemakaran : Vineeth Sreenivasan is coming up with a film titled Oru Cinemakaran, directed by Leo Thaddeus which was financed by Thomas Panicker. The film features Vineeth Sreenivasan and state award winner Rajisha Vijayan are in the lead roles. As the name implies the film tells the life of an assistant director and his problems. The film is expected to release in last week of June.

Avarude Raavukal : With its ensemble star cast, Avarude Raavukal too, has a good amount of hype associated with it. Asif Ali, Unni Mukundan, Vinay Forrt and Nedumudi Venu in the lead roles has been directed by Shanil Muhammed. As per the latest reports that is coming in, this flick will hit the screens in Kerala on the 23rd of June, as an Eid release.
