‘Avatar The Way of The Water’ movie release banned in Kerala by FEUOK
Hollywood movie ‘Avatar The Way of The Water’ directed by James Cameroon is the most awaited movie by the global film audience.Unfortunately for the Malayali audiences are very sad to hear that James Cameroon’s magical film has been banned for theatrical release in Kerala by the state’s theatre association, FEUOK.
The drastic decision to ban the release of the movie ‘Avatar The Way of The Water’ in Kerala was taken by FEUOK as the distributors have reportedly asked for more share in the first week of the film’s release. The audiences are expecting that the issue will be resolved soon and ‘Avatar The Way of The Water’ to be released in Kerala on December 16 itself.
Reportedly the distributors are asking for 60 percent profit from the first week’s release of ‘Avatar’, but the theatre owners are not agreeing to a share of more than 55 percent.FEUOK has banned the release of ‘Avatar The Way of The Water’ in almost 400 theatres in Kerala managed by them.
