Tharangam

After completing Godha, Tovino Thomas and debutant Arun Dominic are hands together for a dark comedy entertainer titled Tharangam. The film is based on story of a ridiculous police officer Padmanabhan, who is suspended from the police department and the lead character is played by Tovino Thomas. Also debut actress Neha Iyer and Santhy Balachandran are playing the female lead roles. Tovino is playing the character Padmanabhan, a funny police man who is ever followed by his friend Joy who is also hanged from the police department. The character Joy is played by Balu Vargheese.

Manoj K Jayan, Dileesh Pothen, Alencier Ley Lopez, Shammy Thilakan and Vijayaraghavan also featuring other important supporting roles in this movie. Tharangam is produced by Kollywood actor Dhanush under the banner Wunderbar Films. The movie is very special because it also marks Dhanush’s debut as a producer in Malayalam cinema.
